School Uniform

If your child is eligible for Pupil Premium then school can support with the cost of uniform. Please contact the office for more details.

Uniform is available from Whittaker's School Wear in Shipley.

Embroidered or plain red sweatshirt / Cardigan (V neck jumpers for Year 6)

Ties (Year 6 only)

White polo shirt/blouses (Rec to Year 5)

Shirt white (Year 6)

Trousers/shorts grey

Skirt/pinafore grey

Dress red/white checked (summer uniform)

Suitable black shoes or plain black trainers. We discourage the use of multi-coloured “flashing” fashion trainers. Many accidents occur with
unsuitable high-heeled or open-toed shoes.

Children are expected to have a school book bag (also on sale at Whittaker's Schoolwear)

All children are expected to be adequately and appropriately dressed for school. 

P.E. Clothes

For P.E. lessons children must come to school in PE uniform.   This consists of: black shorts, a plain white t-shirt and trainers.   In the colder weather children will be expected to  wear black jogging bottoms and black sweatshirt/ hoody to enable classes to have outdoor P.E. lessons.  Please ensure there are no logos.

Children are expected to do P.E. unless excused by a doctor’s note.

School would stress the need to mark your child’s name in each article of clothing, we are working hard to reduce the amount of lost property across the school 

Jewellery

We request that NO jewellery is worn in school. Jewellery is not appropriate and school accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury. If it is essential that your child has pierced ears, then only small studs should be worn. These will have to be removed when your child goes swimming.
